At Seafolly, I played a key role in the project to migrate their Salesforce e-commerce cloud to Shopify. Collaborating with the migration team, I facilitated the selection of the development agency and engaged stakeholders such as Searchspring, Okendo, and Foursixty. Leveraging prior research and a UX audit, I created a comprehensive feature guide, enabling the agency to produce low-fidelity screens. During the UI phase, I provided guidance on adhering to the brand's guidelines, approving the UI kit and over 300 screens. Following site development, I spearheaded the creation of a robust UAT program, implementing it with a dedicated team of six. The UAT phase yielded exceptional results, with a mere 0.02% post-deployment bug rate, marking a resounding success.
